  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their complete packaging (including all accessories and gifts).

  • For safety and hygiene reasons, toys that have been opened or used will not be accepted for return (unless there are quality issues).

2. Non-returnable situations

Returns/refunds will not be accepted in the following circumstances:

  • Goods that exceed the return period (7 days);

  • Products that are used, damaged, or missing accessories;

  • Specially priced items or customized products (such as personalized packaging/exclusive customized toys);

  • Damage caused by the customer’s personal reasons (such as improper storage, abnormal use).

3. Return Process

  2. After confirmation by customer service, a return address will be provided;

  3. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee (if the return is due to product quality issues, the shipping fee will be borne by us);

  4. Once we have received and inspected the merchandise, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days .

4. Refund Instructions

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method (such as credit card, PayPal, etc.);

  • Refund processing time varies depending on the payment method, usually 7-14 working days ;

  • If your order has enjoyed free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted when returning the product.

5. Exchange Policy

    • If you wish to exchange the product, please indicate this when requesting a return. Exchanges will be subject to stock availability.
